Cultivate  mindfulness, being present,

Take a  moment and appreciate the simplicity around.

Practice kindness and compassion towards yourself.

Practice compassion and care towards others.

Bring awareness, observe nature, 

Listen to sounds,

Traffic or birds,

Sea or Seagulls,

Soft or loud,

Near or distant,

Sounds or silence,

Pause, Relax and Breathe, 

Take a moment.
